Getting the prescription right for the customer sometimes means:
- Amending a customer request - we will only amend what the customer has requested to align with their prescription e.g. checking the numbers required to avoid stock piling and wastage.
- Substituting an item - if an item is out of stock for 4 weeks or more, we will offer a substitution to provide continuity with a 'like for like' item.
- Requesting additional items - if the customer requests additional products, we will NOT send these without approval from the patient's GP.
Any patient raising a clinical issue when they reorder products can be offered the support of the Coloplast Care team, to help resolve any problems they may be experiencing.
